This is the 2nd time that I used Shawn’s services. His skill set really extends far beyond what most handymen offer. The quality of his work is excellent and he approaches each job with an honest appraisal and a strong work ethic. I certainly have no qualms about giving him access to my home when I am not there. He is very much in demand so it isn’t easy to schedule time with him but he shows up when he says he will or calls to reschedule if he gets hung up. His rates are fair but not cheap and you get quality work that he will stand by.
He will be returning to replace a piece of rotted wood. While there, he hung up a few things for me & fixed a table broken by renters. We had spotted a leak in dining room ceiling over the weekend. Instead of ripping out the ceiling, Shawn suggested we try to eliminate sources – which I appreciated! Shawn was friendly & knowledgeable. We will definitely be using him again.
The job was very smooth and done in a timely fashion. Shawn was on time and had all the proper tools to do the job. He took all the trash with him and cleaned up the job site.
He did a great job, and worked really well. He was great about cleaning up too, which I really appreciated. He was a little far from me, but I’m glad he came out to help. I would recommend him to anyone.
